Though it is cooler up north in Sedona and the Verde Valley, our vineyards and tasting rooms wait until at least October before they start shipping again, especially since parcels travel through Phoenix, where you can fry an egg on the sidewalk in the summer. If you’re on a tour with Sedona Wine and Beer Tours, we always carry a large ice chest to make sure your wines keep cool while on tour. Please don’t leave your wines in your car. Even when it starts to cool down, the car temperatures rise and can really cook and ruin your wines.
